1. No Refunds on Purchases
At Mersey Kits, once payment has been processed, your purchase is considered final. We do not accept any refunds under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection of items
- Not needing the item anymore
We strongly encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase, particularly the kit size and product details. This will ensure that the items you receive are exactly what you intended to purchase.
2. Size Selection
To help you make the right choice, we provide detailed size charts for all of our football kits. We recommend referring to these size guides carefully before placing your order. Each kit is measured to ensure the most accurate fit possible, and our size charts cover all key measurements.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for incorrect sizes once your order has been placed. It is your responsibility to ensure you select the correct size. If you need assistance with choosing the right size, feel free to reach out to us before making your purchase.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so in the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will happily replace it for you.
To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- Clear photographic evidence: You must provide us with a photo showing the damage or defect.
- Timeframe: The photo proof must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition of the item: The item must be in its original state (unworn and undamaged by the customer after delivery, aside from the damage reported).
Once we verify the issue, we will promptly arrange for a replacement kit to be sent to you at no extra cost.
Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are damaged due to improper use or handling after they have been received.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances, including for incorrect sizes, colors, or change of mind. If you ordered the wrong size or item, we kindly ask you to follow our return process for damaged items (if applicable).
For correct sizing, please refer to our detailed size guides, and if you’re still unsure, feel free to contact us for advice before placing your order.
5. Shipping and Return Costs
- Free Worldwide Shipping: We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No additional shipping costs will be added to your order during checkout.
- Non-refundable Shipping Fees: All shipping fees, including those related to the return of goods, are non-refundable.
- Returns for Damaged or Faulty Items: In the event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will cover the shipping costs associated with sending you a replacement kit. However, the item must meet the criteria mentioned under the Damaged or Faulty Items section (including photographic proof within 7 days of delivery).
Please be aware that we do not accept returns for items that are not damaged or faulty.
6. How to Report a Damaged or Faulty Item
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the damage or defect, showing the issue clearly (including packaging, if relevant).
- Email the photos along with your order details to our customer service team at contact@merseykits.co.uk.
- Once we receive the photo proof and confirm the issue, we will proceed to ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost.
Please ensure that all claims are submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests after this period.
